Our Fabrics

FILLSENS

Fillsens® is a biodegradable fabric made from wood pulp sourced only from FSC certified renewable sources. It is a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to synthetic fabrics. With a solvent recycle ratio of 99.5%, Fillsens® is an example of our commitment to reducing waste and minimizing our environmental impact.

Viscose fabric is made from natural resources and produced from beech wood. This sustainable and environmentally friendly new generation fabric is sourced only from FSC certified renewable plants. It is a great alternative to synthetic fabrics, and its natural origins make it both comfortable and breathable.

BCI COTTON

Cotton has been one of the most consumed textile raw materials for over 5000 years. However, the chemicals used in its production have contributed to significant harm to the environment. BCI Cotton is produced in accordance with sustainability principles, from the harvesting of raw materials to labeling. This consciously produced cotton option minimizes harm to nature, using fewer pesticides and improving soil health. The welfare of agricultural workers is also a top priority in the production of BCI Cotton.

RECYCLED POLYESTER

Recycled polyester is made from melted down plastic materials, such as plastic bottles, and re-spun into new recycled polyester fiber. While not biodegradable, it is a highly efficient tool to reuse plastic materials and prevent them from ending up in landfills or oceans. The production of recycled polyester requires 60% less energy and reduces CO2 emissions by 45% compared to the production of virgin polyester. We're proud to offer this sustainable option and reduce our environmental footprint.

VEGAN CUPRO

Cupro is a regenerated cellulose fabric produced from recycled cotton linter, a type of cotton waste that is usually thrown away during cotton production. As a member of the same family of fabrics as Tencel, rayon, Modal, and Lyocell, Cupro is a 100% biodegradable and cruelty-free option. Its smooth and soft finish has earned it the nickname "vegan silk", as it is produced without boiling worms alive in their cocoons. Cupro is hypoallergenic, anti-static, stretch-resistant, and durable. It is thermo-regulating and easy to care for, making it an ideal alternative to conventional silk. Plus, it reduces waste and uses fewer chemicals and less water in production, all while being recyclable and reusable.

Eco-Friendly

Some of our fabrics, produced from eucalyptus trees, are fully biodegradable and become fertilizer when mixed with the soil. This ensures that they don't harm the environment when disposed. In addition, all of our labels and cards are made from recycled materials or biodegradable products. We ensure sustainability in every aspect of our product, including the brand label, collar label, and fabric thread used.

PACKAGING

Our shipment boxes are produced using recycled materials and are manufactured with a zero-waste production process, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.

NOTE CARDS

Our note cards are made from waste paper and are entirely handcrafted. After a tree is transformed into paper, it can be recycled 5-7 times and reused as paper. By using recycled paper, we aim to reduce paper waste while also supporting women's labor.
